  • Animal owner convicted for causing undue suffering to dogs

    A local dog owner, Mr Kyle Vaughan, of Milltown Road, Lisburn, has been disqualified from keeping animals for 5 years.  This was after he admitted to keeping two dogs which were ‘suffering due to starvation’ according to the examining vet.
